Excellent from start to finish. John was extremely courteous and professional from start to finish. He arrived on time and even offered to bring coffee or tea before he arrived. Excellent customer service and a great attitude throughout. I highly recommend John and 1st Class to any that are in the area in need of junk removal. Thanks again John!
